You usually get what you pay for.....I bet that steel doesn't hold an edge......the strait edge may be good for slicing bread though if the blade doesn't wobble too much

Moras are pretty good at a similar price range. To be fair though cheap German stainless hasn't been great in my personal experience. £7 isn't the end of the world if it isn't all that.
