£5000? Sheesh. Those tents look like bog standard frame tents, I think that's a very optimistic price.

I think the reason that the so called 'glamourous camping' or 'glamping' (...pauses to throw up..) model works is that the tents and equipment look totally different than what you would expect on a standard UK campsite i.e. http://www.theluxurytentcompany.co.uk/

Im all in favour of glamping....after all, nomadic people do it.

Do to my daughter getting the glamping bug the wife now wants to go on trips with me and my lad. Got a new big Coleman tent, bloody lovely to tell the truth.

"All you need is a site" it says. Well, even if I had a site with planning permission and amenities, £5000 for a few tents is a bit steep!

They say all you need is a site, wouldnt you need some type of public liabilty insurance as well as having to register as a business?

Just had a look at the whois for their site and it turns out the site registration is up for renewal in october this year, so that'll be more cost!!
