This is a pair of Inov-8 Bare-XF shoes in UK 11.5 / EU 46.5. These are extremely lightweight, thin-soled, comfortable shoes that are perfect for the house, beach, tent, canoeing etc. I wore them just the once (with socks) for some pottering about in my driveway, but I tend to go barefoot most of the time these days so they've not been used since.

No worries. They're a pretty snug fit, I think would be fine on a foot that regularly takes a 10.5 or 11.
