Info please Folks

Folks does anyone here know how to tie one of these (does not have to be elephant hair !!! ) can only find tutorials on realy simple single strand types but nothing like the one in the pic.

I dont know about the knots but I am assuming it is the same as a two knot sliding bracelet but the third is only there for decorative purposes and as the hair is probably rigid it will slide round with the one it is attached to. Probably wouldnt work on cotton or paracord then.

Those look as though they're made from waxed rattail.
It's a heavy cotton cord like thin leather thong that's much used for 'ethnic' jewellery.
It's good for making our celtic knotwork bracelets too.

This lot's all 2mm stuff, but it comes in 1mm too (might be more the size of the 'elephant hair'.
It's found under both jewellery making and kumihimo braiding supplies.

Sorry Hog I forgot that bit.

I think it looks like a Chinese sliding knot, just made with extra wraps so that it looks right over the multiple strands.
