ID help - Sea beet

Hi Folks

I went for a coastal walk today and came across this plant, just wondering if it was sea beet?

I'll say no for now, is there a garden close by ? Could be a garden plant gone on the lose ?
Sea beet is a darker green with shiny waxy looking leaf not pointed like this plant

No gardens about just coastline and caravan parks. The plants are quite small and looking on the net I think sea beet grows bigger too.

Its not were a garden used to be, but due to erosion on our cost the house and garden has now gone...

Obviously get it properly identified by someone who knows what they're doing before eating/trying any - but have a check of google images for Sea Spinach.
