Ian Maxwell is tracking UK big cats on Animal Planet at 1800 tonight. Repeated on +1 at 1900. The blurb says he is discovering exotic cat lairs within the UK.

Seemed a good watch.

Filmed in 2006 I think, going by the date at end of credits.

Yeah, I first saw this about then. It's a decent programme IIRC, and Max is a cracking tracker.

Is there any form of web replay? I would like to see it but I'm in France and don't have the channel.
I did a training course with Max and would enjoy watching it.

Actually, I can't have seen this. He is filming just two minutes away from my house in Kinver, which is my patch. I've tracked everything in an around the field he is in at the moment and have never seen anything like that. I'm there almost daily in the warmer months surveying for adders. In fact I was in that very spot today.
