Hunting Friends

At the Wilderness Gathering back in August I met 3 very nice folk and I’d like to contact them again. Twas on the Thursday evening, at one of the tables in the food area; there were three men sat drinking cider and I sat down with them, we began talking. They were three scout masters from up North, one has a fabulous beard, all have a great sense of humour. We met on and off through the w/end and on the Friday evening they invited me to have pudding with them after supper, and a glass of sloe rum (I think!). They had a couple of marvellous stoves with them too. I know we exchanged names and such but can I find it now? Not on your Nelly! They introduced me to BCUK and told me about the Bushcraft Show so they’re the reason I’m here (pse don’t anyone kill them !!!). They also introduced me to Martin’s jerky and had parked their 4WD just above my little Cleo, one of them even helped me carry some stuff down to my pitch in the woods and escorted me home in the wet dark another evening .


I’d love to get in touch again, guys, so if you’re here pse let me know.
