They are a commercial 'rocket stove'.

good but expensive and bulky (as stoves go) Also the 'clay' used for insulation tends to go brittle and so cracks.
There are 'newer designs' on the market, but these have a good reputation and do work.
For me though (as a stovie) it's 'not for me'.
