The wright up was this :- Here's a great piece of kit given to me by Zoli this past week. He has a much small one ma version which he uses in his oven. But this one is a four man model. I first had to season it on the fire, then cleaned it up and oiled it using cooking oil. Afterwards I added the food and put it on the burning embers.

He is usually to be found at the various craft fairs held throughout the summer. Although the website also mentions that you can collect from his place of business too.
