How to Gut Fish the Japanese Way

I said it elsewhere….but what does one do with a hollowed out wee fishy still with it's head and tail and fins, and all the bones still inside it ?
Clever idea to gut it, but a sharp knife and it's filleted in jigtime.

If you blow hard enough into the cloacal sphincter, you ought the be able to eviscerate the fish in any direction you select.
However, the process does not remove all internal body organs such as the kidneys.
Filleting is a simple task, quite popular, yes?

But it's a technique that ranks right up there with sea urchin ovaries and soup made from the nests of stuff(?) horked up by tubucercular cliff-nesting swallows.
Good for them. Keep it.
