how to become a classified member?? help

I guys, iv been looking everywhere to sign up to being a contributing member but all i can find is the info on it! Where do i actually sign up for it?

Go into 'Settings', under the sub section 'My Account' there should 'Paid Subscriptions', click on it ~ all the various options are in there
