how convexed?

i am makeing my first knife and was going to put a scandi grind on it but i did it freehand with a file and it went all wrong because the angle was uneven and very shallow. now i am trying to put a convex grind on it because it looks easyer than regrinding it to a different angle. iv herd that convex holds an edge longer and is better for battoning (which i do alot not haveing an axe) so i think it would suit me well.
it is neerly finnished now but now im wondering the same, is it too steep angle? too shallow? never used or seen an convexed knife im kinda stuck lol
can anybody help me out? some pictures would be great :)

How thick is the blade and what is the distance from the cutting edge to the top of the grindline at the moment?

the blade is 4mm thick and about 15mm to the grindline. the blade is 28mm wide so there is plenty of room for more grinding.
