Thats because they don't want folk contacting them via email.

Like a lot of companies they prefer it if any questions are handled by the appointed distributor in a given sales territory..

Go to Cascade via email, and they'll refer you to First Ascent in Matlock. I had an MSR Sweetwater that broke after about a years use and they sent me out a new unit free of charge, no quibble. Their customer service is impeccable.

+ 1 to that. I have called on their customer service
twice and they went out of their way to help me even
though in both cases it was out of warranty.
They are exceptional and make MSR kit good value for money.
