hotmail / ebay sign problems

I'm having problems signing in hotmail - user and password are correct althought it says one is incorrect.

I've now got a similar problem with ebay - the hotmail in question is the one i use for ebay etc.

Anyone got any ideas.

I can still get into paypal that uses the same hotmail address - soon the be changed I think

would be very concerned somebody has accessed your account, I would try and sort out asap. If you could get the hotmail back you'll be able to see what's gone on as any requests otherwise the 'intruder' would have needed access to your email.

Otherwise it may just be a problem with cookies, try deleting history and cookies.

Dont know if it helps but, yesterday I recieved an email, supposedly from paypall saying my account had been attempted on, I know it was not from paypall but things are happening with those and ebay, so I hear

well first of I've removed the hotmail address from my paypal account.

And I've found an ebay custoemr service phone number:

0208 6053000.

I've also emailed hotmail via another hotmail account requesting info/access

any genuine emails from ebay or paypal will be adress to you by name i.e dear alan mills, any mail to paypal member or something similar are fake.

can you access your hotmail via your live login ? can you still log into msn messenger and access hotmail that way, a long sht but have you recently installed any new firewalls or antivirus, parent control software that may be blocking the login, sounds daft but when i installed the new msn live software it was bundled with something similar and that stopped me acessing the ebay login page, felt a right nanna when i clicked what it was

don't think anything new has been installed.

any ebay emails I just delete without opening
