Alone now.
After pruning a branch from the Holly Oak out back I find myself with a piece about 2' by about 2.5"-3" nice and straight. I was thinking of doing a Waldgeist out of a piece and saving the rest to use in the Firebox.

Brilliant wood for anything that's going to be 'hard use', tool handles, and that kind of thing. Can be a bit hard on tools and hands but can look spectacular if you get a good bit........
