Just been looking at these :-

RAPID FORCE 1 TENT
http://www.highlander-pro-force.com/partnumber.asp?cid=29740&pnid=302687

RAPID FORCE 0 TENT CAMO

Have any members here got any expirience with highlander tents especially the above two?

Are they any good?
Are they bulky being self errecting?

In the past I have always tryed to avoid companies like webtex and highlander but after reading afew of the member posts on the forum swearing by the quality and robustness of their packs that got me thinking about their tents. I like the look of the above two but the self errecting feature is making me a little hesitent about pack size and easy of transporting when on a multiple day hike.

Also the hooped bivi of theirs that looks like the snugpak one:-

Not used one, but i've been looking at them recently. They come hooped much like the "Pop Up" tents made by Gelert so would need strapping to your ruck.
The comparison between Highlander and Webtex is like comparing cars. Some people have had good stuff from Webtex, some from Highlander. I've used the Highlander Forces rucks on and off for a few years now, Webtex notepad holders.
I'm not keen on Webtex, but i rate Highlander higher than them.

Horses for courses really. Those bivis look good for the price. I'd say go for it but look on the Highlander website for sizes
