Bought this from military and outdoors,
It is highlanders version of gortex ( amp tex)
I must say it's quite heavy duty , I wore it the other weekend in a very damp and rainy wood, setting up a tarp ... I did get warm but as this is breathable there wasn't an ounce of moisture on the inside.
It has two large zipped and Velcro pockets on the hip and an inner zipped pocket on the chest... Substantial storm flaps over the zip.
This does not russle excessively either...
