Hi all,

Just joined the forum, mainly because I've heard about it from watching UK youtube vids, and am curious about the UK bushcraft scene.

I'm a NZer, used to live and work in the backcountry in the north island here. So spent much of my life hiking, wildcamping, fishing, hunting, etc. But a few years living back in town had me cut off from my roots for a while, and after stumbling across the bushcraft community on youtube I'm diving back in to my outdoors life.

I live about 2 hours away from both locations. Wairarapa is a bit wet and cold for me, but East Cape is a beautiful place
