It's the old problem. Do we have access to private land? If so does that person want to introduce someone to a bit of woodland that others might disrespect. More practical to go to public land with the risk of being caught if too many people want to go. It's the classic catch 22.
Hi guys, I’m from near Hemel Hempstead it would be great to have a meet up with like minded people. I also have a solution to the location issues, I live on a 300acre farm with a small area of woodland I’m sure if I spoke to my landlord for a small camp fee he would be happy for us to camp/ shoot / have fires etc as long as we were respectful and clear up after (I’m sure that would be a problem anyway). If anyone is interested let me know.

Years ago, in the early days of this forum, a bunch of us locals met up for a walk around the Ashridge Estate. I have been thinking that there are enough people I have seen sign up from this area of the country that we ought to be able to organise a few bimbles in the months to come.
Your Location is still showing as Sheffield. How long have you been near Hemel? I lived there for 11 years before moving to Leighton Buzzard for cheaper housing.

I’m originally from sheffield but now work for the ambulance service in Hertfordshire.
I’m definitely up for arranging something,
I’m im walking distance of ash ridge.
