Hi there
If anyone is thinking about tree dwelling, I used my hennessy last weekend for the first time in heavy rain.
I have used it in light rain, and sunshine but last weekend I used it very heavy rain, I am talking of large puddles underfoot and it rained like this all night fromm about 11pm until 6am, and although the sound of the rain on the fly kept waking me up the hennessy asym did not let in 1 single drop of wet and with a descent sleeping bag I was warm, dry and toasty all night long.
10 out of 10. I can highly recomend them
No more worries about rain...

Last time I was out the wind was blowing quite a bit. To stop the tarp acting like a kite and flapping like mad I attached 2 bungees to the loops at the end of the fly then to my Burgun underneath me it worked a treat.

The only time I've ever got wet in my HH was at the summer moot last year. I'd set the tarp too high and next to my basha. Rain splashed from the basha onto the mesh of the HH.

You live and learn.
