Helsport Varanger camp 8 - 10

Hi guys I have a varanger camp 8 - 10 for sale with ground sheet and gear rail for the roof for sale.

The tent is in good condition. Though it has been back to the manufacturer for warranty repair due to a fault in the plastic windows degrading and a rip that formed on the slope about head height.

The ground sheet has a couple of small burn marks near the centre.

Ive had this for about 2 and abit years and has been used with the wife and three kids plus friends up in Scotland as a base tent.
Ive used the tent with the helsport stove all year round and found it toasty warm.

I'd like £350. I'll cover postage to main land uk id prepare payment by bank transfer but PayPal would be fine if no other option. I'll put up photos of repair work either tomorrow or Saturday.

I take it from the description there is no inner tent?

Too be honest you dont need an inner.it only makes it feel smaller

Agreed - an inner in a lavvu really cuts down on the space.
Also the Varanger has great ventilation so it reduces condensation.

Inners are important in small tents where it is difficult not to touch the sides. In a large tent like this I think they are more of a hinderance.

I'd agree I've seen them with inner in and you lose around a foot all the way round.

Another chime in from a Varanger 8-10 owner - I have the full kit and never take the inner tent with me. With hindsight - I would not have purchased it. Outer is sufficient for most of the outings.
