Yes, but you'll need to turn the fruit or meat during the drying because those sheets are non porous and the pieces will stay 'wet' underneath.
 
I nowuse small silicone trays in my new dehydrator.
Before, when I had my round one, I'd start the drying in the oven on silicone baking sheets on a metal bake tray, then as soon as I could peel it off, cut into slices that I then put into the dehydrator to finish drying. Then dust eith icing sugar, and roll up. They store well in a zip lock bag, but they don't last very long, as they are quickly eaten. ! So storage is never a problem.
