help needed

hi I know this has been covered, but I really need help, I would like to post some photos but my computer knowledge is VERY limited, I dont understand the jargon, what is the easiest way to upload photos, all help appreciated

sighn up to a site like imageshack upload the photos to their site and use the fourm links they provide for each photo.
