I thought I should introduce myself, as I’m new here. I’ve been bushcrafting for about 20 years, so generally I know what I’m doing, but there’s still so much for me to learn.

I am in Birmingham, though I grew up in Kent, and spent most of my time in the outdoors.

Apart from bushcraft, my other main hobbies are camping and fishing.

What sort of fishing are you into? Just curious as I used to fish, mostly fly for trout, some lure for whatever was dumb enough to bite!

I like most fishing, but particularly coarse fishing (float) and also fly fishing for trout.

I used to do sea fishing too, but living in Birmingham has kind of put paid to that!
