I am loving this site! I have been lurking for a couple of weeks just reading some of the posts which i find very interesting. I am definately gonna hang around and get as many pointers as I can on spoon/bowl/ woodspirit carving as I can and contribute where i can. Some of the carvings posted by forum members is simply awesome!
I love the great outdoors when I can out there but when that isnt possible then spending time picking up tips from here on the forum is time well spent in my opinion.
I hope you all don't mind but over the next few days I will be seeking advice on various subjects and there seems to be some very knowledgable chaps here
Just to kick things off I was wondering if anyone could recommend a site where I might pick up a decent spoon carving knive, needs to be on the cheap end of the scale as I find myself a little broke at the moment after being made unemployed because of council stealing my workvan but thats a story for another day
