Based in the Scottish borders, I have led a life of various adventures from kayaking down rivers in Monglia to shopping on Oxford Street on Christmas eve, both equally challenging!

I look forward to the various threads of chat.

It is only fair to disclose at an early stage that my company is also the UK distributor of Helko Werk Axes, the German premium grade axe manufacturer.

welcome aboard I recently lived and worked in the borders (langholm) but now over dumfries way. There are meets once or twice a year near Galashiels which are worth checking out in the meet-ups section

Are helko axe heads definately made in germany or swizterland? I heard rumours that EG roselli were "outsourcing" manufacture.....I wouldnt want to get a helko and then find it was made in china or india or some other place.
