Big Mat here, the reason for the username is because my son is little Mat (he's nearly 23) I'm new to this, however I am a keen armchair follower of bushcraft in general, I love the great outdoors so I thought its about time I got to know the experts who could point me in the right direction. Basically I would like someone to teach an old dog new tricks. I'm lucky to be able to spend a lot of time outdoors with my job and love sleeping under canvas. I live in Wiltshire and I work in Dorset. I think this is an excellent forum and look forward to learning off you.
