Here are some of my resent knives and some old ones.
Mainly in ss AEB-L and 440C the choppers are in 5160.

This is a new deluxe version of my Bushcraft knife. I make it in 5 mm O1 steel with zero edge and lightly tapered tang with selected wood in the handle and leather sheath.
