My bottle of buffalo trace bourbon (£20) arrived today courtesy of the tesco delivery man complete with this very useful stainless steel beaker.

Actually it looks like the tin half of a Boston cocktail shaker to me.
Is the bourbon any good?

It came with a mint Julip recipe and a cocktail booklet for bourbon cocktails. I certainly rate it. Smoother than JD. Great heritage too.

I thought it was a kind of chocolate cream biscuit, I can manage a fair few Bourbons dunked in coffee in a single sitting

Did once see a Lazy Shag when at Kaikoura NZ
