Heads up on Wilko's

Wilkinsons currently have cheap camping equipment including cutlery, kettles, mess tins, insulated roll maps, paracord etc and its all relatively cheap and on most people's high streets.

I picked up a cutlery set for £1.50

And also two lots of paracord style rope at £1.50 for 15 meters.

Although on the packaging it says 15cm, I'm sure it's just a printing error....

Knowing my luck it will be a a load of 15cm pieces shoved in a bag!!!

Their utility cord is pretty good, not as strong as paracord, but strong enough for what you'll need around a camp.

Ye, should be more than capable for most peoples uses at camp....I just wouldn't recommend anyone add it to their climbing kit hahaha.... Should definitely get my moneys worth

Wilkos is always good for this stuff, try the pound shops too, nearly always a bargain to be had in there. Last time i was in they had those whistling camping kettles, very good quality for £1

Don't ignore the tools section - 24" bow saw blades 99p - not the best you will ever use but at the price .....
