Interesting spec and changes from one light to the other by rotating it I gather from the nextorch site.

Thanks for that, I've got a landscape photography trip to Glencoe, Skye and Applecross in a couple of weeks and was ready to upgrade my headlight, I've ordered one and will report back on how it works.

Just got one of these, cheers mate for the heads up.

2 things if you're thinking of getting one of these.

1. It's got a xenon bulb on one side ( not very good IMHO, you can get a drop-in generic cree to boost it to 350 lumins, cheap off fleabay for 5 or 6 quid )

2. The batteries are CR123a, unless you have rechargeable ones, they could workout expensive.

But for just over a tenner, they're not too shabby

Good idea on the upgrade, will certainly make it brighter and longer lasting.

Rechargeables are certainly the way to go.
