Nice Buff Bag, regret the day I sold mine!

Did you pull your bergan into the mouth or was the wind not strong enough to need it?

In answer to the questions:

was you a bit paranoid it might of collapsed and if it did do you think you would of been able to bust out of it
yes, but how often do we get the chance to try it?
I made sure my head was at the entrance end and had 2 short shovels inside and a pole sticking out I could make an air hole with.
I was more concerned that some oik would come and jump on it, lol. today there are 2 "foot sized holes" in the side of it, but the rest is still standing and quite safe to sleep in.

What was the sleeping gear?

British Army roll mat
British Army Goretex bivi bag (I didn't really need the bivibag in hindsight).
Inner and Outer buffalo sleeping bags (link below)
(None of the bags were done up completely so I could escape if I needed to).

I was wearing: (yes, I was too hot)
Buffalo jacket and trousers
Magnum leather boots (I kept them on but loose)

Other kit in the shelter:
Charged phone.
2 torches.
1 wind up LED lantern (that has an emergency alarm)
1 58" pat shovel.
1 folding shovel/pick.

The wind wasn't strong at all that night and there were only a few light snow flurries, it was used mostly as a pillow.
