Suffice it to say they're currently annoying me, having tried to make an order. Has anyone worked with them? Is their ordering process always deliberately obtuse?

In answer to my own question... Yes, they just have a convoluted ordering process which requires manual acceptance of payments. A bit odd perhaps, but would be easier if I weren't using a one-time card number to pay myself. All entirely legitimate and above board.
