no worries - a mate makes them as well as clay flutes selling them at camden market
infact havn't been down there in a while to see if he's still there, used to carry one in preferace to a plastic one
anyway - I think it requires a bit of trial and error to the the reed bit right so a cheap bit of dowling sounds like the way to go - it can always be made out of antler once you've got the knack
