Were you thinking of real ( non vegetarian ) vellum or posh paper vellum?
The real stuff has got silly expensive over the last few years while good paper
seems to have got cheaper! I had a look in my calligraphy box but have only some
parchment clippings at the moment. Mostly very small I was planning to sew some
pieces together to make a sheet.
If you need to buy some , Cornellisens near the British Museum is a superb supplier
to deal with in my experience. Best of luck , Simon
