Hello folk. :) sold out

I have for sale these hand made fire steel sets. The steel itself is forged by me from carbon steel and gives out beautiful sparks. I do pack it up in a leather bag, with some charred cloth and flint for a start. That makes it a complete set for your adventures in fire lighting.

Specs:
The steel itself is about 7cm in length and 2,5cm in height with around 4mm in width. They do vary from piece to piece as I do not clone them and never try to, so you can choose from smallish to larger one if you wish. If you want something special, just let me know and we'll work it out.

Quantity: 10 at the moment.

Price: 12 pounds a piece. P&P and Paypal fees included. Shipped worldwide.

Have a great day! Andy.

Hello dear friends. Two things I noticed, that my picture in avatar section is almost 10 years old and that I haven't been offering my firesteel sets for quite some time now! It's me like always, too much to do when time is short, but I have made some and they are up for sale. Enjoy, have fun and let time fly! :)

Pm inbound, got one last year and it worked perfectly, still got it but it will make a great prezzie

I like starting a fire using these set ups more than any other method. Dont know why. Get a kick out of it every time. :lmao:

Mine arrived thanks Andy, i gave it a good test run on a cramp ball fungi, char cloth is too easy a test i could light that stuff with one of my farts after a good curry

GGTBod - nice one man! At first I was like "is this possible"...? because most of the time it's charred cloth or amadou but you nailed it and it looked easy in the end when two landed one after another... Good job on the vid, stuff you don't see everyday! :)

And.. PM cleared, sorry..

I had a practice shot before i started shooting video and got it going after about 4 strikes of the flint, soon as i stuck the camera on the game changed :lmao: performance pressure and all that.

I had a good scour of Youtube today and it is the only video i can find with flint and steel on cramp ball success
