growing wild mushrooms

I've seen these kits..

And just wondered if;

A. any success with them?

and

B. is it is illegal or immoral to plant / plug them elsewhere? (In the woods ! spare me the jokes !)

C. can they cross-breed / pollinate into something harmful ?

any ideas ??

A) I had a oyster kits worked great
B) most of those species can be found in britian, but that king tuber looks well wierd. It is from nigeria so it shouldn't become a pest speices, but it might however send you spam e-mails.
C)no.

B) It would be illegal/immoral to infect trees unless you had permission though, the fungi will damage and eventually kill the infected tree.
