I would Erbswurst, but they are out of stock and state that they "may" be able to post one out after a week or so. Im not paying £150 for something I "may" get sometime in the future lol.
I only ever plan on buying one knife so I can wait until I find a more solid supplier.

Oh I know only too well mate. Its the same with everything. I once started out with a 10 gallon fish tank and finished by building a 220 gallon.

If the maker himself is sold out as it's the case here, he probably needs to wait for the blades.
