Goretex for larger ladies

  • Come along to the amazing Summer Moot (21st July - 2nd August), a festival of bushcrafting and camping in a beautiful woodland PLEASE CLICK HERE for more information.
Manufactured just over the hill from me, I wonder if they're actually a Gore-tex shell or whether they just use their "technologies" in the manufacturing process.

Too frumpy for our lass anyway

Looks like the jackets that ambulance crews wear, so presumably fit for use.....doesn't say it has a hood though. Lots of the 'uniform' outdoor jackets don't, since they're supposed to be worn with covers/hats.

Still a very good buy if it's a jacket that the buyer would use.

cheers,
Toddy

If you expand the picture, the Goretex label is clear to see on one of the front pockets. If you look at the other stuff on sale from the seller its clear they have no knowledge of this type of clothing so doubt they'd think of the likes of tapped seams etc; its genuine Goretex so I'd guess the seams are sealed, at that price do them yourself;) I did ask about the logo but they are from various companies, perhaps one of you could ask about a hood etc?
