Good snake book for kids

Hi all

My soon to be six year old has recently become mad keen on snakes. Especially king cobras. I'm looking for a good book for him thats full of photos and good illustrations. He's primarily interested in facts. Ie. Most venomous, longest, fastest etc. (it doesnt have to be a book written for kids specifically)

Any recommendations?

This is great for kids. Good pics and packed full of info, my littlun loves it. Most of it is accurate too...

JonathanD probably the best person to ask, although I seem to remember a post in which a paper clipping of him as a young wee lad getting bitten was about not long ago! LOL

If IIRC there was a really good Collins book around with loads of pictures and facts about said serpents I'll see if I can find it and let you know if I do

Occupational hazard. That was the first of many. I started young though
