I saw some 3 X mantles, Highlander brand for £2.49 delivered so ordered two packs. They arrived in four days from Ireland so no problem there.

The problem was I received only one packet so emailed the seller and he replied within an hour full of apologies and promptly sent out another pack, no arguments, no 'its not my fault' and I will use them again. Yes there had been an error his end but it was promptly sorted which for me represents good service.

The mantles are a medium size generic mantle and fit both my Primus full sized lantern and micro gas lantern.

We should talk more about companies that work well more often.

been there done that twice....
but always sorted in the end. and would definitely use them again

I wil not, to me if you dont have it in stock it should not be avaliable for sale, and I should not have to chase them after a week only to be told that it is out of stock and wont be for 2 weeks
