It's an unlined, quite heavy weight, poly/cotton jacket, with integral hood.
Velcro cuffs, underarm zip for ventilation, popper and velcro chest pockets, zipped pockets at the bottom. It zips from neck to waist, and has popper fasteners from neck to base. Drawstring base and waist.
The other one reads:

Other details exactly the same, except that this one has the pen pocket on the left sleeve intact, whereas it's missing on the other one.
