I bought a Mauser pen knife but lost it after it not being returned. Saw a firm advertising these but I am not sure about the quality. Got a message from someone on another forum who had bought the miltec version and said it was very poor quality.

Has anyone any experience of these?

Thanks

I saw the Jack Pyke one and was very unimpressed. Apparently the other ones are made by miltec.

No experience, but the first one looks a bit like a cheapo copy.
The second looks to have all the right blades etc, hard to tell without knowing the maker though.

Here's a link to SOSAK showing some makers of the German Army Knife.

HTH,
Pete.

Ps Sorry . Just noticed made by Mil tec, I suppose it should be made to a certain standard for issue kit.

WWW.atlantacutlery.com in their latest catalog has these for $9.95 USD, described as German Military surplus. I have one of the Mauser marked knives and several of the military surplus just marked "rustfrei"- all serve very well.
