Gee Haw / Whimmy Diddle / Hui / Hooey Stick

Haven't made one of these for ages, so grabbed a bit of Hazel and my TBS Boar EDC folder and whittled one up, the propeller is a Beech lolly stick that rotates on a dressmakers pin, the pin just being pushed into the central pith of the stick.

Nice, they look simple to carve but getting the notches right can be tricky.

They are great fun - I play with mine when bored ...it always raises a smile!
