Good units, i have the 650 and its superb. The russian GLONASS system is better than GPS in my view too and is available on this unit.

Yes mate got the standard mapping that's installed on it.
I think Paul could tell you more about the mapping.

Just had a look and it appears to be standard world mapping but you can add Birdseye for around £20 a year which allows you to swap and change areas to a view similar to google earth.
