I guess this belongs as much here as it does in the books section.
The new book by Clarissa and the Countryman 'The Game Cookbook' is brill. Officially it isn't out till the glorious 12th but Amazon delivered my copy at the begining of the month and I've now loads of ways to use up the various bits of pheasant, rabbit and the like filling up the freezer, not sure where to get a caribou or moose from though
