I know some of you guys have dived in an purchased a Wool SHirt from Asbells, and now that you have used them what are your thougths, and what are the costs on postage... customes... ect....

the comms are......... erm........ erm............ not good at all.....
Lisa bought me the jumper style one and hoody for Christmas. despite ordering well in advance they only just got t us before Christmas. and the emails sent weren't responded to or were several days/weeks late

I had heard that they are good, thens it just pot luck when it turns up... but is does, its just when not if.. time seem not to be a factor with them ,

What the sizing like ?

the shirt is a good size but a little fiddly to get into as it doesnt have much yield.
the hoody is great nice n warm works well as an over layer over loads of layers or just a shirt.

may I also suggest you have a looksee at the endicotts wool division. I saw someone's when I did the winter challenge and it was well impressive. and once you've the size it correlates across the entire layering system

Stu send them an email to asbell and say want you are after, she will tell you what you need, they are made big because the idea is to break up the human body form when hunting in them. Asbell and his wife, who makes the tops, do alot of the shows and get togethers to sale their wares, that is why sometimes they don't get back to you right away or the email gets lost in the hundreds they must get. The tops are lovely ive seen two in person and both I would of walked away with if they were for sale. They are on my to get list.
