Fundraising adventure 2024

I've really got into canoeing in a big way, so I decided to do some good from my new hobby.
I'm going to paddle the full 120km of The Tywi river, to raise funds for the Young Minds Trust.
My goal is £10,000!

My sincerest sympathies, condolences and hopes that the family heals and are there for each other.

My neighbour's daughter too struggled with her mental health. I was at school with her father and her uncle. The sorest heartrending thing I have ever seen was her father's face as he turned from laying his daughter's coffin on the plinth at the crematorium. Her uncle is a minister and he let the service.
I wouldn't wish that grief on any family.
