Come along to the amazing Summer Moot (21st July - 2nd August), a festival of bushcrafting and camping in a beautiful woodland PLEASE CLICK HERE for more information.
I've seen the double sided one cause more injuries than any other spoon knife! It also really limits how you can use it. If you are right handed then the single sided frosts is OK as a starter, but personally I would talk to one of the makers on here like Nic Westermann, FGYT or Dave Budd and get a decent one. Yes, they may be twice the price but they are worth every penny. I have done a write up in the current issue of the Bushcraft Magazine and there is a two page spread with seven different Makers on display
I have the 106 mora and both the double sided, R/H and shallow one (163, 164, 165) on the link above, let me know if they are of interest. All new or as good as
would definately be interested in the 106, and i think i'll stick with the right handed 164, pm me your addy and i'll get the gerber off to you in the morning. it is used but sharp and in good order.
