Hi folks,
As I said I would pop some small possibles up for someone just starting out/feeling the crunch, etc, so if you are ok please leave for the ones who this could help start out. Cant find all the spare bits and bobs I know I have, so will try and do another in a week or two.
Anyway a windproof gas lighter (will send empty), a small but really sturdy and useful multi tool, whistle, torch, compass, mag' glass, thermometer, various bits of cord, jute tinder, water puri tabs, plasters and safety pins, all the usual handy possibles. TAKEN.
Next, and this anyone can have who will find it of use, is a green lens cover for a Versa Brite ll torch (and the instructions for the torch) which is real good for night nav work as keeps night vision and shows up contours, etc.
I will also cover P&P (RMRD) as well.
Cheers for all the advice and info given on this great medium.
